About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Review raw long-form video and audio content (30–60+ minutes) to assess clarity, relevance, and overall flow
2. Clean long-form content by removing unnecessary segments, tangents, repetitions, filler words, and dead air and tightening pacing to ensure the content feels intentional, structured, and watchable
3. Prepare long-form content that is ready for publishing without requiring additional cleanup
4. Identify high-impact segments within long-form content that can be repurposed into short-form pieces
5. Segment long-form recordings into 3–5 high-quality short-form reels, based on content value rather than trends
6. Decide how much usable content can realistically be extracted from a single recording
7. Maintain a consistent, minimal content style across all outputs
8. Apply basic domain knowledge of UX design to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and contextual clarity
9. Use AI tools (such as Claude) to generate captions, carousel text, and supporting copy while maintaining brand voice and tone
10. Refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the brand
11. Collaborate closely with the post-production manager, editors, and graphic designers to ensure content quality and consistency
12. Manage content deliverables independently and efficiently with minimal oversight
13. Make content decisions confidently and take ownership of final outputs
