About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars across platforms
2. Schedule, publish, and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
3. Engage with audiences through direct messages, comment responses, and community-building initiatives
4. Grow Sweet Dreams’ presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube through consistent, high-quality content
5. Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to craft engaging and authentic brand stories
6. Manage the full content lifecycle from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing
7. Identify trending formats, memes, and viral content early and adapt them creatively for the brand
8. Handle influencer inquiries, collaborations, and partnership negotiations
9. Coordinate with influencers to produce brand-aligned and engaging content
10. Identify and integrate user-generated content (UGC) opportunities into social strategies
11. Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and campaign performance
12. Monitor competitor activity and emerging social media trends through social listening
13. Appear confidently on camera for reels, shorts, and quick video formats
14. Shoot and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts and support longer video formats
15. Design visually appealing posts and carousels using Canva or similar tools
