About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Analyse and assess the current database of content related to metaphysics, crystals, mental health, and holistic practices.
2. Develop a systematic approach to categorise, tag, and organise all existing content for easy retrieval and reference.
3. Conduct a comprehensive content audit to identify gaps, outdated information, inconsistencies, and improvement areas.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject leads to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging and ethos.
5. Assist in implementing content management tools or systems to streamline organisation, tagging, and version control.
6. Establish protocols for updating, archiving, and maintaining content in a structured and accountable manner.
7. Develop new and engaging content across metaphysics, crystals, mental health, emotional well-being, self-growth, and related areas.
8. Translate complex ideas (psychology, energy work, self-inquiry methods) into clear, accessible, evidence-informed content.
9. Work closely with creative, research, and practitioner teams to enhance the depth, visual appeal, and educational quality of content.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, holistic well-being research, metaphysical concepts, and crystal properties to guide content creation.
11. Apply SEO best practices to both existing and new content to enhance visibility, searchability, and user engagement.
12. Support the development of structured content for programmes, workshops, journals, and learning modules across well-being and metaphysical topics.
13. Ensure all content reflects sensitivity, cultural awareness, and psychological safety, especially in mental health contexts.
14. Maintain consistent documentation, style guidelines, and quality standards across all written materials.
