About the Internship
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on content creator who can plan, create and execute engaging content across our social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into scroll-stopping posts through strong storytelling, on-camera content and smart editing.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content strategy & ideation: Plan and execute content aligned with brand goals, campaigns and current trends. Contribute creative ideas for reels, posts, stories and recurring content series.
2. Copywriting & scripting: Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts and CTAs tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring content feels native and engaging.
3. Content creation (shoot and edit): Shoot photos and videos using a phone or camera and transform them into high-quality reels and posts using basic editing tools.
4. Editing & publishing: Edit videos and photos, maintain visual consistency and publish content according to the content calendar.
5. Posting & consistency: Follow a consistent posting schedule, ensure timely uploads and manage what content goes live and when.
6. Performance awareness: Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves) and use insights to understand what content resonates best with the audience.
