Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design organic content strategies for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
2. Translate Wooble’s philosophy (proof > potential) into clear, shareable narratives.
3. Plan content around real projects, real evaluations, founder perspectives, and hard truths about careers and hiring.
4. Decide the purpose and reasoning behind each piece of content before it is published.
5. Track content performance based on meaningful signals such as shares, saves, profile visits, DMs, and applications.
6. Continuously refine content strategy based on performance signals rather than vanity metrics.
7. Contribute to posting activities while prioritizing strategic thinking over execution alone.
