About the Internship
HiredNext needs interns who understand both professional content (LinkedIn) and engaging short-form video (Instagram Reels, Shorts). The audience here is business owners, HR managers, and job seekers so content needs to be credible, insightful, and shareable within professional circles. You will be creating content that positions HiredNext as the go-to recruitment partner for growing businesses. Think hiring tips, employer branding advice, job market insights, and behind-the-scenes of modern recruitment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and publish three LinkedIn carousel posts per week focused on hiring, talent, and workplace topics.
2. Shoot and edit two Reels per week, including talking-head tips, recruitment myths, and hiring hacks.
3. Write engaging LinkedIn captions designed to drive comments and shares from business owners.
4. Design visually appealing infographics using hiring statistics and market data.
5. Repurpose long-form content into short video clips and quote cards.
6. Engage with comments and direct messages to build and nurture the LinkedIn community.
7. Track follower growth and engagement weekly and share concise performance reports.
8. Research trending topics in recruitment and HR to stay ahead of content trends.
9. Produce content around hiring tips, recruitment mistakes, job market trends, salary benchmarks, employer branding, interview preparation, career advice, and behind-the-scenes team updates.
