Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Grow followers organically across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) & Facebook.
Plan and execute content strategies focused on reach, engagement & growth.
Create & manage a monthly content calendar.
Run and optimize paid ads on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn (basic to intermediate level.
Research trending topics, hashtags & competitor strategies.
Improve profile optimization (bio, highlights, banners, pinned posts).
Track and report performance metrics (followers, reach, CTR, engagement, leads).
Suggest growth hacks, collaborations & campaign ideas.
