About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Monitor Instagram Reels trends and trending audio formats daily.
2. Identify and develop 2–3 relevant reel ideas or meme formats per week within the health and wellness space.
3. Adapt global content trends into Indian and Hinglish-friendly formats aligned with the brand tone.
4. Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts using Canva or InVideo.
5. Create multiple variations of thumbnails, hooks, and captions as required.
6. Implement feedback quickly to meet posting timelines.
7. Maintain and manage a simple content calendar to ensure timely publishing.
8. Optimize captions, hashtags, hooks, and CTAs for each platform.
9. Utilize platform features such as collaborator tags, pinned comments, story reposts, and highlights.
10. Engage with comments during the first hour of posting to improve reach and engagement.
11. Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva AI for caption drafts, content ideas, and reel hooks.
12. Ensure basic quality checks, including clear audio, readable text, and clean visuals.
13. Track content performance and share simple weekly insights on what works best.
