About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals.
2. Create engaging, platform-specific content including short-form videos, graphics, and copy.
3. Monitor and leverage viral trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to maintain brand relevance.
4. Schedule, publish, and optimize content across all social media channels.
5. Test captions, thumbnails, and posting times to maximize reach and engagement.
6. Apply social media SEO practices using keywords, hashtags, and alt-text to improve discoverability.
7. Manage social communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
8. Build meaningful audience engagement and strengthen brand advocacy.
9. Monitor brand sentiment and escalate customer service concerns when required.
10. Identify, evaluate, and outreach to influencers and creators aligned with brand values.
11. Execute and manage influencer campaigns from briefing to approval and performance tracking.
12. Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
13. Track, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics including growth, engagement, reach, and conversions.
14. Convert analytics into actionable insights to continuously refine social media strategies.
