Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Intern to support our brand positioning, digital marketing, and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, creativity, and an understanding of LinkedIn and professional social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, website, blogs, and other platforms
Draft recruitment-related posts, leadership insights, hiring trends, and employer branding content
Assist in designing social media creatives (Canva or similar tools)
Manage content calendar and posting schedules
Research hiring trends, GCC updates, and recruitment insights
Support website/blog content writing
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvement strategies
Assist in campaign execution for recruitment marketing
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of LinkedIn and professional social media platforms
Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools preferred
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
