About the Internship
This is an opportunity to become the on-camera face of H.O.M Advisory and represent premium residential real estate through professionally produced video content. You will present select residential projects through refined walkthroughs and modern real estate media designed for a discerning audience of homebuyers and investors. Working alongside In house professional videographer and creative team, you will create intriguing, credible, and premium content that reflects strong brand presence and market authority, with complete production support and equipment provided.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create on-camera property walkthroughs, first-person tours, and UGC real estate content
2. Produce short-form advisory content covering FAQs, pricing, and configurations
3. Develop Neighbourhood Spotlights and location-driven lifestyle content
4. Collaborate with the in-house videographer to execute premium, brand-aligned videos
5. Conceptualize and present original, out-of-the-box content ideas to drive engagement and follower growth
6. Maintain a confident, polished, and professional on-camera presence aligned with brand standards
