About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Searching and identifying IT professionals on LinkedIn and relevant job portals.
2. Shortlisting suitable profiles for career marketing support services.
3. Sending structured outreach messages using approved templates.
4. Explaining Staffinix services (without making job placement promises).
5. Maintaining professional and ethical communication with consultants.
6. Collecting basic consultant details for onboarding.
7. Coordinating profile handover to the senior operations team.
8. Updating daily sourcing activity logs and internal tracking sheets.
9. Submitting weekly performance and activity reports.
10. Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
11. Attending daily check-ins during the initial training phase.
12. Ensuring consistent availability during fixed evening shift hours (7 PM – 11 PM IST).
