About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engagement & Interaction: Moderate discussions, respond to comments/inquiries in a timely, empathetic manner, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
2. Content Strategy: Create and manage a content calendar, tailoring posts (text, video, images) to resonate with the community's interests and the brand's voice.
3. Social Listening: Monitor online conversations to identify trends, gather feedback for product/marketing teams, and prevent potential PR crises.
4. Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement engagement initiatives—such as ambassador programs or virtual events—to increase user retention and brand loyalty.
5. Analytics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rates, reach, and sentiment to optimize community strategies.
