About the Internship
We are an emerging India-based, women-focused emotional wellness and peer support platform building a safe digital space where girls and women can have real, judgment-free conversations. This internship offers real responsibility, real users, real startup exposure, and real impact. The selected intern will work directly with the founding team and be part of the early core group, building a consumer internet product from the ground up.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage in structured and empathetic peer conversations via chat and scheduled voice calls.
2. Act as a calm, emotionally mature listener while following conversation frameworks and safety guidelines.
3. Help create a safe and supportive environment where users feel heard.
4. Assist with social media engagement and community interactions.
5. Contribute to content ideas, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
6. Observe and participate in real startup growth experiments and user retention efforts.
7. Support the team in understanding user behavior and improving trust within the platform.
