About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support the client servicing team in day-to-day account management activities
2. Assist in internal coordination between creative, servicing, and other cross-functional teams
3. Help with preparing basic client-facing materials such as reports, decks, and ORM summaries
4. Support content posting and scheduling for assigned brand pages under supervision
5. Assist in tracking and compiling client-relevant KPIs and performance data
6. Maintain documentation of client communication, feedback, and ongoing activities
7. Participate in client calls/meetings as a note-taker and learning observer
8. Identify learning opportunities around account growth, upselling, and brand needs
