Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle client queries, requests, and feedback across calls, messages, and emails.
2. Log interactions and manage client data using Google Sheets/Excel.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and quick issue resolution.
4. Conduct follow-up calls to maintain engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
5. Assist with planning and executing client-focused events, offers, and activations.
6. Be part of team discussions, feedback sessions, and service improvement plans.
