About the Internship
We are looking for a highly motivated business operations intern to support multiple business verticals under Tradeolot Systems. This role provides hands-on exposure to hiring, sales operations, marketing execution, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-growing startup ecosystem.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in hiring interns and junior roles, interview coordination, and onboarding
2. Support sales operations including lead tracking, CRM updates, proposals, and follow-ups
3. Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
4. Manage vendor and third-party communications and documentation
5. Maintain trackers, SOPs, and operational documentation
6. Work closely with founders and leadership on execution and follow-through
