About the Internship
Business Development Intern – Psyllium Exports (Middle East & Europe)Agrommerce is a global agri-commodity trading and brokerage platform focused on sourcing products from India and supplying international markets. We work closely with producers and processors and cater to buyers across the Middle East, GCC, and Europe. One of our core product lines is psyllium husk and psyllium powder.
Roles & Responsibilities
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Researching and identifying psyllium buyers, importers, traders, and distributors in the Middle East and European markets
Building and maintaining structured buyer databases
Conducting outreach via LinkedIn, email, and trade platforms using approved templates
Qualifying leads based on product requirement, quantity, and destination market
Coordinating with the founder for handover of qualified leads
Assisting with basic product information, specifications, and initial buyer queries
Tracking follow ups, responses, and outreach performance
Sharing weekly market insights on demand and buyer behavior
Skills Required
Good written English communication
Comfortable using LinkedIn and email
Interest in international trade, exports, or B2B sales
Strong research and organizational skills
Ability to follow structured processes and targets
