About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Identify and reach out to the customer base through cold calling activities
2. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline for adopting software solutions
3. Conduct online and in-person demos and presentations of the real estate software platform, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition
4. Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and close deals
5. Understand the pricing structure and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing that align with company goals and client expectations
6. Overcome objections and address customer concerns to successfully close sales
