About the Internship
Crackpe is a fast-growing name in the NEET and IIT-JEE coaching industry. Our mission is to democratize costly competitive exam coaching to a model where it is affordable by all without compromising on quality across India. As we scale our footprint, we are looking for high-energy, articulate, and ambitious Sales Interns to help us expand our network through strategic franchise partnerships and partner with us in creating a new coaching ecosystem where you pay only if you clear the entrance exam.This is a dual-impact role. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise partners to expand the Crackpe brand, while also providing essential after-sales support to ensure our partners are set up for success. This isn't just a "calling" job. You will be the face (and voice) of Crackpe, managing the entire lifecycle of a franchise partner from the first "Hello" to post-onboarding support.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Franchisee Acquisition:
a. Strategic Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential partners who align with our vision.
b. Virtual Pitching: Lead video consultations and presentations to explain the Crackpe business model, ROI, and academic edge.
c. Pipeline Management: Move leads through the sales funnel from initial interest to signing the franchise agreement.
2. Identify and pitch to:
a. Education Upgraders: Owners of local tuition centres or computer institutes of your assigned district/s looking to join a national brand.
b. Business Diversifiers: Owners of preschools (e.g., Kidzee, EuroKids) looking to expand into the K-12/Coaching segment.
c. Investors: High-net-worth individuals and professionals seeking recession-proof investment opportunities.
d. Property Owners: Individuals with vacant commercial spaces in prime residential or educational hubs.
3. In your assigned district, you must onboard:
a. 1 IIT-JEE Partner
b. 1 NEET Partner (Total 2 partners)
4. Collect upto 200 new leads daily
5. Make 100 calls and follow-ups
6. Submit daily report after 6:30 PM
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners post-signing
8. Conduct regular check-ins to understand franchisee concerns and requirements
9. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners
10. Assist franchisees with queries related to operations, marketing, and student enrollment
11. Coordinate with internal departments (training, operations, marketing) to resolve franchisee issues
12. Track franchisee performance metrics and student enrollment numbers.
13. Each partner should activate approx. 800 students within 30 days.
14. Provide timely updates and reports to management
15. Share marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and training updates
16. Gather feedback from franchisees to improve support systems
17. Facilitate communication between franchisees and the head office
