About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Identify potential corporate clients such as MSMEs, corporates, startups, institutions, HR Heads, L&D Managers, Founders, and CEOs
2. Source leads using LinkedIn, Meta, Google search, company websites, social media scouting, online databases, directories, and event listings
3. Build and maintain a lead tracker with complete details and status updates
4. Actively scout for companies announcing hiring, expansion, restructuring, leadership initiatives, posts indicating training, culture, and people development needs
5. Engage with relevant posts professionally to warm up leads
B. Outreach & Pitching
1. Draft and send personalised cold emails to prospects
2. Make cold calls/follow-up calls to introduce services
3. Communicate the value of corporate training programs, leadership development workshops, and business consultancy offerings
4. Book discovery calls or meetings with decision-makers
5. Follow up with interested prospects
6. Coordinate between the client and the senior consultant for proposal discussions, program clarity, and closing conversations
7. Track conversion stages: Lead → Prospect → Meeting → Proposal → Closure
C. Reporting & Accountability
1. Submit weekly reports covering leads generated, outreach done(emails/calls/messages), and responses and conversions
2. Analyse what works and refine the approach accordingly
