About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Connect with HR Managers, CXOs, Founders, and Decision Makers through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
2. Qualify leads and schedule product demos and sales meetings for the senior sales team.
3. Follow structured call scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and outreach playbooks.
4. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
5. Build and manage daily outreach lists from LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
6. Achieve daily and weekly KPIs related to calls, conversations, leads, and demos.
7. Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to improve conversion strategies.
8. Assist in preparing sales reports, pipeline dashboards, and performance summaries.
9. Improve pitch quality based on feedback and real sales outcomes.
