About the Internship
About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Operations & Business Development Intern to join our team at STAR VACAYS. This role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, client coordination, and sales support. You will work closely with senior team members and gain practical experience in how a travel business functions on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calling and outreach to corporate clients.
2. Pitch STAR VACAYS’ services clearly and professionally.
3. Coordinate with the clients regarding their travel arrangements.
4. Schedule and coordinate business meetings for the sales team.
5. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for client and meeting updates.
7. Assist in maintaining sales and operations trackers and reports.
8. Facilitate smooth communication between sales, operations, and management.
