About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:We are looking for a highly motivated intern to work closely with Aditya Ghosh on two exciting initiatives:
Life & Digital Skills Academy – building programs to empower individuals with digital literacy, civic responsibility, and future-ready life skills.
adityaghosh dot com – supporting the development of personal brand content, thought leadership, and digital storytelling.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product building, content strategy, and community engagement while working directly with a seasoned product and growth leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in research and content creation for workshops, blog posts, and educational resources.
Help design and structure learning programs for digital and life skills initiatives.
Support the development and curation of content for adityaghosh.com, including website pages, blogs, and social media assets.
Assist in community engagement activities: newsletters, campaigns, and learner feedback collection.
Collaborate in project planning, documentation, and tracking for ongoing initiatives.
Contribute ideas to improve user experience, content delivery, and engagement metrics.
Who We Are Looking For:
Current students or recent graduates passionate about digital skills, civic engagement, education, and personal development.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
Familiarity with digital tools, content platforms, or social media is a plus.
Creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
