About the Internship
Key Responsibilities● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
● Understand customer concerns and explain suitable Ayurvedic wellness products and programs
● Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales with confidence and empathy
● Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and sales reports
● Achieve assigned daily and monthly conversion targets
● Coordinate with support and dispatch teams for smooth order processing
● Build long-term trust and relationships with customers
Required Skills & Profile
● Minimum 0–1 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development
● Strong communication and convincing skills
● Comfortable discussing sensitive wellness topics professionally
● Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated
● Ability to handle pressure and work with daily sales goals
● Male or Female – both can apply
