About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Identify and research potential clients such as real estate developers, builders, brokers, and marketing agencies
2. Build and maintain a structured lead database with contact details and project status
3. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on project scale, budget, and timelines
B. Outreach & Communication
1. Initiate first-level outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
2. Share company credentials, sample work, and service decks with prospects
3. Schedule meetings and site visits for senior BD or the leadership team
C. Sales Support & Coordination
1. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic pitch documents
2. Follow up on proposals and track decision timelines
3. Coordinate internally with creative and production teams for scope clarity
D. CRM & Reporting
1. Update CRM or tracking sheets with lead status, follow-ups, and outcomes
2. Maintain weekly reports on calls made, meetings scheduled, and conversions
3. Track reasons for lead drop-offs to improve targeting quality
E. Market & Competitor Intelligence
1. Monitor competitor offerings, pricing patterns, and market positioning
2. Share insights on emerging real estate projects and upcoming launches
F. Process Discipline & Learning
1. Adhere to BD SOPs, scripts, and communication guidelines
2. Learn service-based selling for 3D walkthroughs, virtual tours, aerial mapping, and site documentation
3. Develop basic negotiation, objection-handling, and client qualification skills
