About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Research potential customers using online sources and AI tools and build a structured lead database in Excel
2. Analyze existing business data to identify high-potential prospects
3. Generate new business leads through online research, database mining, and outbound calling
4. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company and its offerings
5. Understand customer requirements and assess buying intent and decision timelines
6. Qualify leads based on requirements, volume, and readiness to purchase
7. Convert qualified leads into sales through consistent follow-ups and query resolution
8. Coordinate with senior sales team members to support deal closures when required
9. Update lead status, sales progress, and conversions accurately in Excel or CRM systems
10. Track daily call activity, leads generated, and sales conversions
11. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports covering leads generated, conversions, and revenue supported
12. Adhere to defined sales scripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data accuracy standards
