About the Internship
Straight Drive is a fast-growing sports technology company building cricket simulators and bowling machines across India and international markets. We are expanding into multi-sport active entertainment products and scaling rapidly. We need someone who can ensure no business opportunity is missed.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle incoming leads from Instagram, website, and WhatsApp.
2. Communicate professionally with prospects in English and Hindi.
3. Screen and qualify potential clients based on business requirements.
4. Collect key details including budget, location, timeline, and business intent.
5. Share brochures and initial information with interested prospects.
6. Maintain and update lead tracking sheets accurately.
7. Schedule qualified calls with the founder.
8. Ensure systematic and timely follow-ups with all enquiries.
9. Act as the first point of contact for new leads.
10. Ensure no enquiry goes unanswered.
11. Filter serious prospects before escalation to leadership.
12. Track all leads consistently and maintain structured follow-up workflows.
