Location: RemoteShift Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst Intern to assist in business analysis, website management, project management and inter-team coordination. This role provides exposure to business strategy, operations, marketing execution, and leadership support.
Responsibilities:
•Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
•Support in preparation and maintenance of BRD and FRD.
•Create user stories, use cases, and basic process flows.
•Coordinate with developers, testers, and product teams for requirement clarity.
•Prepare status reports and maintain requirement documentation.
•Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for research, documentation support, content drafting, and productivity enhancement.
Skills & Expertise:
•Basic understanding of requirement analysis and SDLC.
•Ability to prepare structured documents (BRD/FRD).
•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
•Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
•Basic design sense and familiarity with UI/UX.
•Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for research, documentation, and content assistance.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
