About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Coordinate and support end-to-end execution of online auctions and procurement events for clients.
2. Connect with suppliers for onboarding, follow-ups, clarifications, and event participation.
3. Assist in preparing RFQs, bid comparison sheets, and auction templates using MS Excel.
4. Configure auction parameters on the platform under supervision.
5. Monitor live e-auctions, track bidding activity, and escalate technical or commercial issues in real time.
6. Ensure all events follow client guidelines, timelines, and compliance standards.
7. Prepare post-auction reports including savings analysis, participation summary, and MIS reports.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of supplier communication and event data.
9. Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for approvals and deliverables.
10. Support data analysis and provide insights for procurement decision-making.
11. Manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
12. Draft professional emails and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
