About the Internship
1. Build and experiment with AI/ML features that improve user confidence, safety, and conversations.2. Work with LLM APIs (prompting, response handling, guardrails, fallbacks).
3. Design and maintain data pipelines (ingestion, cleaning, feature prep).
4. Implement backend logic for AI features (APIs, async jobs, retries).
5. Analyze user interactions and run quick experiments to improve outcomes.
6. Debug model/API issues and improve latency, cost, and reliability.
7. Collaborate with the frontend to ensure smooth end-to-end integration.
8. Document experiments, decisions, and learnings (short, practical docs).
9. Take a feature from idea → prototype → production.
10. Propose improvements based on data, not guesses.
11. Add basic monitoring (logs, metrics) and iterate fast.
