About the Internship
You will convert ads, angles, hooks, and scripts into strong visual narratives using AI. Every frame must be intentional. Every character must feel real. Every output must align with conversion goals. You will own visual consistency, realism, lighting, framing, and emotional expression across ad creatives.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create high-quality AI-generated visuals for Meta ads across UGC-style, founder-led, testimonial, and demo formats.
2. Design ultra-detailed prompts that control composition, lighting, emotion, facial expression, framing, background, and camera perspective.
3. Maintain visual consistency across multiple scenes in a single ad including character continuity and environment continuity.
4. Convert performance briefs into structured prompt frameworks.
5. Iterate aggressively based on performance feedback including hook retention and scroll-stop impact.
6. Build and maintain a structured prompt library categorized by character type, lighting style, emotion, and ad angle.
7. Research competitor ad visuals and reverse-engineer winning creative patterns.
8. Collaborate with script writers, video editors, and media buyers to align visuals with performance goals.
