About the Internship
As an AI quality & performance analyst intern, you will work closely with our AI operations and product teams to evaluate live AI-human interactions, analyze conversational flows, and identify performance improvement opportunities within voice and chat systems.You will contribute to improving intent recognition accuracy, response precision, conversational coherence, and communication efficiency across deployed AI systems.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Analyze AI-driven voice and messaging interactions across multiple use cases
2. Evaluate intent classification accuracy and response alignment
3. Identify contextual drift, semantic misinterpretation, and dialogue breakdown points
4. Tag and annotate conversation data for system refinement
5. Assess tone modulation, compliance adherence, and linguistic clarity
6. Document structured feedback reports for model improvement
7. Support training dataset optimization and quality benchmarking initiatives
8. Collaborate with internal AI and product teams on performance enhancement cycles
