About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. YouTube Growth & Niche Strategy (40%):
1. Research trending and evergreen YouTube niches using VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Social Blade, and manual analysis
2. Analyze top-performing channels and videos: what hooks work, what thumbnails get clicks, what structures retain viewers
3. Identify content gaps and blue-ocean opportunities across niches
4. Define video concepts, titles, thumbnails, structure and pacing, optimized for the YouTube algorithm
5. Track channel analytics, test content formats, and iterate based on performance data
6. Stay current on YouTube algorithm changes, trending formats, and platform best practices
B. AI Content Engineering & Prompt Production (40%):
1. Write detailed, structured prompts for AI video tools: Veo 3, Runway Gen-3/4, Kling, Pika, Sora
2. Write image generation prompts (Midjourney, Flux, DALL-E) for thumbnails and scene references
3. Use Groq, Claude, ChatGPT to generate, refine, and chain prompts systematically
4. Run rigorous A/B tests — vary scene descriptions, camera angles, lighting, style references
5. Document every test: input prompt, output quality, what worked, what failed, why
6. Build and maintain a categorized prompt library rated by quality and use case
7. Target standard: prompts that produce output requiring zero or minimal manual correction
C. Process & scale (20%):
1. Build SOPs for end-to-end AI video production workflows
2. Create reusable prompt frameworks and templates others can follow
3. Suggest and implement automation to speed up content production
4. Document best practices so the system scales beyond just you
