About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and internal activities.
2. Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, onboarding documentation, ID creation, and records management.
3. Ensure office supplies, assets, and facilities are well managed.
4. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
5. Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely supply and maintenance.
6. Handle inquiry calls, emails, and follow-ups with professionalism and clarity.
7. Support internal teams with data entry, tracking, and report updates.
8. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
9. Prepare, maintain, and update documents such as letters, reports, trackers, checklists, and basic MIS.
10. Maintain professional etiquette while interacting with internal teams and external contacts.
11. Demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively.
12. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
13. The role may require travel based on business requirements.
