About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support daily kitchen operations across multiple food brands
2. Assist in opening and closing of the cloud kitchen
3. Help manage live orders on Swiggy & Zomato during peak hours
4. Ensure correct packing, labeling, and order accuracy
5. Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery partners
6. Assist in basic inventory checks and stock tracking
7. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
8. Report operational issues, delays, or shortages to seniors
9. Maintain simple daily operation logs and checklists
10. Learn SOPs, kitchen workflow, and cloud kitchen operations
