About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1.Prepare and process client invoices, payment receipts, and credit notes in a timely manner.
2.Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accurate billing and follow-ups.
3.Ensure timely filing of GST returns and maintain compliance with applicable tax regulations.
4.Record, verify, and reconcile daily financial transactions in Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
5.Maintain updated ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation for audit readiness.
6.Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations on a regular basis.
7.Generate periodic financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports.
8.Assist in implementing automation tools to streamline accounting and reporting processes.
9.Review and validate expense reports, purchase entries, and payroll data.
10.Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
