About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Execute functional testing of accounting modules across complete accounting cycles including journal entries, ledger postings, invoicing, payments, GST, TDS, tax calculations, and financial reports.
2. Validate correct application of accounting standards and principles by comparing system outputs with expected accounting outcomes and identifying discrepancies.
3. Document and report bugs using structured reports with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, calculation references, and expected versus actual results.
4. Maintain validation checklists along with detailed test case and compliance documentation, including edge-case tracking.
5. Evaluate product workflows from an accountant’s perspective to identify logical gaps, compliance risks, and usability improvements.
6. Recommend product enhancements to improve financial accuracy and automation.
7. Collaborate with QA teams for structured testing activities.
8. Coordinate with Product teams to clarify requirements.
9. Support Engineering teams in resolving logic-related issues.
10. Participate in regression testing during new product releases.
