About the Internship
1. Accounting & BookkeepingAssist in maintaining daily accounting entries in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.
Reconcile bank and cash transactions regularly.
2. Vendor & Purchase Management
Support the purchase team in verifying invoices and GRNs.
Maintain vendor ledgers and track payment cycles.
Coordinate with suppliers for invoice corrections and documentation.
3. GST & Compliance Support
Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliation.
Help in preparing documents for GST returns and audits.
Maintain proper filing of invoices and compliance records.
4. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly expense and revenue reports.
Support management in cost tracking, especially raw materials and packaging.
Assist in analyzing food cost and operational expenses.
5. Inventory & Costing
Work with operations to track inventory and wastage.
Help in maintaining stock records and cost sheets.
Assist in basic food cost analysis.
6. Administrative & Finance Support
Support in documentation, audits, and financial planning.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises
