About the Internship
We are looking for a detail-oriented 'Accounting Intern' to support our finance team with basic accounting activities, payment reconciliation, and payment follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to accounting operations in a fast-paced food business.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in basic accounting entries and maintenance of books of accounts
2. Record daily sales, expenses, and vendor invoices
3. Support payment reconciliation with bank statements, POS reports, and customer records
4. Track receivables and assist with payment follow-ups with customers and partners
5. Coordinate with internal teams for payment confirmations and documentation
6. Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and payment records
7. Assist in preparing simple MIS reports and summaries as required
8. Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks
