The 2023 West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences application forms for PhD and LLD programs have been released. The last date to apply for the same is 30th April. Followed by that, the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences entrance exam will be held on 7th BA LLB applications are open and the list of applications received will be published on or after May 30. Further, the last date to apply for an Online certificate course on Business and Commercial Laws is May 10. According to latest updates, more than 130 law students were placed during the Kolkata placements 2022. The average package offered to BA/ LLB/BSc LLB and LLM students during 2022 placements was INR 16 LPA and INR 10 LPA, respectively.

The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences WBNUJS or NUJS is an Indian National Law University in Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata. It was placed fourth among law schools in India by the National Institutional Ranking Framework in 2021, and second by India Today. It is the sole responsibility and jurisdiction of the Chief Justice of India.
The university was among the first to provide a five-year integrated B.A. LLB (Hons.) degree programme as well as an LLM programme. The Common Law Admission Test, a highly competitive nationwide entrance examination held jointly by the national law schools, is used to determine admission to the B.A. LLB degree programme. NUJS also provides MPhil, Ph.D., and certificate programmes in business law and other programmes, in addition to a bachelor’s degree.
