College: I have had the time of my life in this college. The place is great for placements. Teachers are experienced and thus are able to help you gain full knowledge. I lived in the hostel. It was a comfortable stay. My home away from home.

Placement: Campus Placements are great!
Faculty: Cooperative nature of the faculty members helped us in studying the most difficult subjects.
College: I did my B.tech in Electronics and Communication from TIET. The campus is awesome and the faculty is very helpful.
We were provided extra classes for improving skills with study that helped in clearing Job Interviews.

Best place to walk-in with all your heart and soul.
Exam: Based on School / 12th Class Result
Placement: Thapar is a reputed college, and is renowned for it’s placements, as most of the students here get placed ( 95-100% ). The highest package has been of 38 Lacs and the lowest is 3.5 Lacs per annum. Companies like D. E. SHAW usually visits thapar for the recruitment of new talents and brains. There is a special placement cell in the college and the students starts getting internships in the 5th semester only, on the basis of their knowledge in their respective streams. So, overall it’s a good college, if judged on the basis of placements.
Faculty: The teachers of this institution are very much qualified, knowledgeable as well as helpful. If any student approaches them, they surely listen to them and solve their query. Also, there is no problem regarding lack of teachers of any subject. Electronic media is used sometimes, but it’s not so helpful as it seems to be, and the student has to put their own effort in order to get into their subject of interest as the college is recruiting more and more students each year. The course curriculum is useful and they cover a variety of syllabus, so as to get the student, exposure of all the things related to that or nearby it
College: For getting admission into THAPAR, you have to give JEE MAIN and the seat is allotted as per your rank. Besides, it has some seats reserved for students under sports quota and also for J&K and NE students having separate cut off for students of Punjab state and rest of India. Typical cut off for the civil branch is usually about 70-80.

One of the best colleges in india
Exam: State / National Entrance Exams
Placement: As much i know majority of students are placed in some company and average package can have different value according to the stream.
Faculty: First the way they teach is very good,you are given attention unlike iit. Also they are undergoing many government projects and foreign trips,so we can analyze their level of exposure
College: Situated in the state of punjab,thapar university is one of the best university for engineering in india.Being a private one,everything ranging from infrastructure to study is good in this university.You get hostels like hostel J which are the best in india.Talking about eating joints there are many within the campus.
