For courses available at Galgotias University, admission is solely based on merit. Before applying, candidates are urged to review the eligibility requirements. They have the option of applying offline or online. The steps for registering are listed below:
Online Mode:
- Go to the university’s official website at https://www.galgotiasuniversity.edu.in.
- On the homepage, select the ’Apply Online’ link. Complete the online application form.
- Click the "Submit" button after correctly filling out the form. The ’Axis Bank payment gateway’ will be the next destination.
- Use your debit or credit card to pay the application fee.
- If the application is accepted, the system will produce a special ID for the applicant. An email or text message will be issued to you to confirm your registration.
Offline Mode:
The Galgotias University’s admission office is located in Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, at Plot No. 2, Sector 17-A, Yamuna Motorway. After completing out the form, they can pay the registration costs in cash or by cheque payable to "Galgotias University." An inquiry number will be given to the candidate after they register. The University will publish a merit list of all enrolled students who meet the basic requirements.
Selection Procedure:
Galgotias University offers admission based on the merit obtained in the qualification exam and university-level entrance test. The tests taken for all courses are listed below:
- Students are admitted to B.Tech programs based on their JEE Mains and UPSEE scores.
- The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) score is accepted for the B.Arch program. They must receive at least 80 out of a possible 200 points.
- Students who want to get admitted to MBA programs must have a valid CAT/MAT/XAT score.
- The candidate’s performance in the University-conducted All India Entrance Test determines whether they are admitted to the LL.M. program.
- The university gives admission to other courses on a student’s performance on the prerequisite exam.
- Once all of the documents have been validated, admission is given.

A College worth joining if you are looking for Placements
Placement: Collage conducts summer training and internships for students. We have hackathons also which are conducted in college. Placements are very good for CSE students.
Faculty: Some faculty are good and supportive to students. Many of them are Ph.D. Holder and have experience of teaching in it’s nits.
College: Pros: Placement is good for CSE department.Nice infrastructure.Hostel, Cafeteria.
Cons: some teachers are good.Far from main city.Network problem sometimes.
Exam: You can get admission here by sitting in GEEE or based on mains or class 12th marks.

Placement: I Have placed in IBM and the annual package which I have got from this college was Rs 3.25 Lacs and right now I am working in this company
Faculty: Some faculties are good but some are not
College: This is an Engineering college and for Btech one has to clear entrance examinations when I joined this college my batch was 1st batch and firstly I have given the JEE Mains examinations results and then they have asked for AKTU Entrance examination result and after that 12th Board result.
From 2011 to 2015 I have studied here and the annual fee for this course was Rs 1.28 Lacs per year and the stream of my engineering was Electronics and Communications

Placements and there specialized courses with good company IBM
Exam: Based on School / 12th Class Result
Placement: They have best backup for placements.
Faculty: Aptitude teachers are pretty good having the degree of Ph.D from reputed universities.
College: They have best team to train anyone for the placements... They have best language team for letting you know foreign languages. They are associated with IBM for some specialized courses in B.tech. Students have best chance to prove themselves here. Facilities are also very helpful. They are always available for you.

Placement: Placement drves are quite good in the campus, you will often see good companies coming up with decent packages. I did my internship from Daikin, the internship was provided by the college only and the tipe of exposure i got was really good, I am so thankfull to my University for all exposure I got. Internships play a very important role in enhancing the over all knowlege.
Faculty: My favourate teacher is Mr. Pawan Kumar Singh Nain because he supported us in the live project. Now the project involved a lot of funding so this is the only person who helped us out in doing so.
We aslo faced variuos technical challenges, the only person who helpded us out in this case was Mr. Pawan. He always acted as a mentor to me which made my problems much easier. The best thing about this University is that each student is provided with a persional mentor with whom he/she can ask anything anytime which is always an add on in the knowlege.
College: I am a mechanical third year student currently studying at the Galgotias University, Gr Noida.I am so happy to be a part of this esteemed institution as we not only get to learn theoretical stuff but also get to implement it. We have been successful in designing and developing a
car for automantra which was like a dream come true. Credit for this goes to our University as it was the faculty’s and university’s belief and constant efforts for us that we could accomplish so much.

Galgotias University: Merit-based Scholarships
The following is used to determine eligibility for the scholarship:
- Rank/Score in All India/State Level Entrance/Aptitude Test for 10+2 or Graduation
- Candidates with outstanding abilities in the performing arts, sports, or literature.
Galgotias University: Amount of Scholarships
- 100% of tuition is waived for first-place finishers across all boards and universities.
- 50% of tuition fees are waived as a scholarship for students who get a rank of up to 4000 in the IIT/JEE Exam.
- Students who receive a scholarship and place up to 100th in the AIEEE Examination will have 50% of their tuition fees waived.
- Students who receive a scholarship and place up to 100th in the UPSEE Examination will have 50% of their tuition fees waived.
- Students who earn at least 93% overall/PCM in class 12 or 80% on their graduation exams are eligible for a scholarship that waives 25% of their tuition.
- 20% of tuition fees will be waived as a scholarship for students who place up to the top 5000 in the AIEEE exam, score at least 70% in the CAT, or achieve over 700 in the MAT.
- 50% of tuition fees are waived as a scholarship for students who have won gold or silver medals in athletics at the national or state levels, or who have made some outstanding artistic achievements.
