Situated amidst a sprawling, picturesque campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure on the Sohna-Palwal Road in Gurgaon district of Haryana, the ASU offers a wide range of innovative graduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes across a plethora of disciplines that are based on the best education practices of some of the leading universities of the world.

Apeejay Stya University, Gurgaon offers various programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate level. These programs are offered under various specializations. The application procedure for admission to all the programs is completed through both offline and online mode.

Highlights of Admission Procedure of ASU

  • Admission to various programs offered by the university is based on candidates' marks in Written Test or Entrance exam conducted by the university.
  • Final selection of candidates will be based on their candidates' performance in academics.
  • For admission to LLB and integrated LLB programs, the university conducts Law Entrance Examination which is followed by a personal interview round conducted by the university.
  • For admission to the Ph. D. program, candidates will be required to qualify the entrance examination conducted by the university.

For Integrated B. A. B. Ed and Integrated B. Sc. B. Ed.

The university has been offering these two courses since the academic year 2015 and it has been recognized by National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) and University Grants Commission (UGC).  The application procedure is conducted through both offline and online mode. The total intake for both the programs is 50 each. There are total 8 faculty members for these two programs.

  • The admission is done through merit list released by the university followed by the personal interview round conducted by Apeejay Stya University.

Eligibility

  • In order to be eligible for admission to these programs, candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in senior secondary school in arts or science stream.
  • Commerce students can also apply for admission to Integrated B. A. B. Ed. Program.

Scholarship

  • Scholarships available at different levels with 71 percent and above marks.

Placement Details

  • As per the placement record, 100% of the students got placed last year with maximum salary package offered up to INR 5,40,000 while the minimum was recorded to be INR 3,60,000.
  • National and International Schools were amongst the list of recruiting companies for recruiting the students of Apeejay Stya University.

For B. Ed. Program

The university introduced B. Ed. Program in the academic year of 2015. The program has been recognized by National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) and University Grants Commission (UGC). The application procedure is conducted through both online and offline procedure. The total number of seats that university offers for this program is 100. The program is of 2 years of duration and there are total 8 faculty members in this department.

  • The admission is done through merit list released by the university followed by the personal interview round conducted by Apeejay Stya University.

Eligibility

  • For admission to B. Ed. program, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Commerce securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
  • Candidates who possess bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics securing at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

Scholarship

  • Scholarships available at different levels with 71 percent and above marks.

Placement Details

The university accepts both online and offline mode of application procedure for Ph. D. in Education program. The program is offered under two modes i.e. regular mode and part time mode.

Eligibility

  • Candidates seeking admission to the Ph. D. in Education Program must possess a master's degree in Education or relevant allied discipline securing at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

It’s been two years they still haven’t given us our degrees

Placement: They only placed a few students the rest of us had to find a job on our own
College: Don’t believe the above comments as college has forced the students to put good comments. I have done my B.Tech from here 2 years ago and they have still not provided our batch with degrees. It’s a really bad college, it’s far from Gurgaon and the management is really bad
