As per the official announcement, the application for XAT has started on August 16, 2017, and would be ending on November 30, 2017. The XAT exam would be held on January 7, 2018. Xavier School of Management would be conducting the test on behalf of XAMI. The registration procedure as detailed below would be entirely online.
However, prior to going over the application, all the aspirants must check the XAT eligibility conditions. The following are detailed below:
The Application fee details are as follows
XAT 2018 Application fee - INR 1650 (INR 300 per XLRI course)
XAT 2018 Late application fee - INR 2000 ( INR 500 per XLRI course)
Applicants can make payment through three modes:
Online - This would be by way of Credit/Debit or Net Banking.
Cash - A printout of XAT pay-in slip is required to be taken and IDBI Branch can be visited to make payment in cash.
DD - The Demand Draft is needed to be made in favor of "XLRI Jamshedpur A/C XAT'' payable at Bhubhaneshwar.
The applicants who make payment through cash/DD are required to update the payment details on their registration page. Failure to do so may disable them from uploading their photograph and signature.
The application procedure explained in concise is as below.
XAT scores are slated to be accepted by around 140 B schools all over India. If the candidates are interested in applying to any Institute apart from XAT, they have to apply on the respective institute's official website.The admit card would be available from the third week of December. About 1 Lakh candidates are expected to write XAT this session.
