UPTET Result to be announced today

The UPTET Result is going to be released today on the official website by today evening. The examination was held on October 15 and the answer keys were released by the end of October. A lot of candidates seemed to have raised objections over a Sanskrit and Urdu question which was accepted by the Uttar Pradesh Exam Authority. Candidates attempting that question would be likely to get one mark. 

As per a report given by Navbharat Times, UPTET Result are likely to be released by November 30, 2017. The UPTET Examination Answer Key would be available until November 30, 2017. The UPTET Examination was held across 1634 examination centers, 570 for the Primary Level and 1064 for the Upper Primary Level.

A total of 10 Lakh candidates are said to have applied for the UPTET Examination out of which 9.7 Lakh candidates were able to give the exam. 3 Lakh out of the total number of candidates belonged to the primary level and 6.2 Lakh for the Higher Secondary level. 

The procedure to check the UPTET Result has been detailed as below:

  • The official page of UPTET would be required to be visited.
  • There would be separate links put up for Primary and upper Primary papers.
  • The candidate can click on the relevant links to download the same.
  • The candidate would be required to enter his registration number, date of birth and security code.
  • The candidate can also download and take a printout of the results as required.

Candidates becoming eligible to clear the UPTET Examination would automatically become eligible to appear for the interview process that would be held for Primary teacher Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both paper 1 and paper 2 were a multiple choice based question paper that was conducted by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board.

UPTET Entrance examination was held on October 15, 2017. Candidates, in order to check the UPTET cutoff, can visit the official website of the examination. Both the question papers are based on Multiple Choice formats. 

The candidates who qualify the UPTET Examination would be eligible for a period of 5 years to be able to apply for the teaching posts. Candidates qualifying the UPTET Examination would be getting a UPTET Eligibility Certificate. Candidates who score 60% of the total UPTET Marks would be considered qualified for the examination. The reserved category candidates are required to score only 55% to be eligible for selection to the post of Government teachers. For more details refer to UPTET News.
