UPTET 2018: Online application closes tomorrow

The online application process for UPTET 2018 will close on October 4, 2018, at 6:00 pm. The candidates aspiring to appear for UPTET examination must visit the official website of UPTET at upbasiceduboard.gov.in. UPTET is a state-level examination conducted by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board for recruitment in Primary and Upper Primary level teachers in the schools of Uttar Pradesh.
The Uttar Pradesh State Teacher Eligibility Test, commonly known as UPTET is scheduled to be conducted on November 4, 2018, and the online application for the same commenced on September 18, 2018. The last date for completing and submitting the application form is October 5, 2018.

Steps to Apply for UPTET 2018:
- Visit the official website of UPTET at upbasiceduboard.gov.in
- Click on ‘Apply Online for UPTET 2018' link available on the homepage
- Select the ‘New Registration' link
- Mention the required information and complete the application form
- Pay Online Application Fee
- After paying the application fee, submit the form
- Examination confirmation page will appear on the screen
- Download it and take a print out for further references
UPTET 2018 Eligibility:
- The candidate applying for UPTET 2018 must have completed the intermediate examination with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate.
- The candidates studying in the final year or second year of graduation can also apply for the examination.
- Candidates who are studying Teaching Diploma course at Aligarh Muslim University can also apply for the examination.
- Age Limit: The candidate applying for the examination must be between the age group of 18 years to 35 years. However, age relaxation is given to the candidates of reserved category.
