The West Bengal joint entrance examination is a state level entrance examination for admission to various institutions in West Bengal imparting education in medical, engineering and technological courses.
For 2019-20 the board conducted the common entrance examination for admission to undergraduate courses in engineering & technology in government colleges and self- financed institute in the state of West Bengal on 26th May 2019 (Sunday). WBJEE question paper consists of a total of 155 multiple choice questions from three subjects - Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics. The result is to be declared on July 2, 2019. The candidates can download WBJEE result 2019, by entering the application number and password. Therefore, the students are advised to secure their login information to check the result.
The results can be checked through online mode only. The rank card will be published by the board along with the results.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination board was established in 1962 by the government of West Bengal. This board is authorized to conduct joint entrance examination in respect to admission in various institutions in West Bengal. It is empowered to conduct common entrance examinations for admission to undergraduate and post graduate professional and vocational courses. WBJEEB has been conducting the admission process through online application and allotment through e-counselling since 2012.
