Symbiosis International University (Deemed) has successfully conducted SNAP 2018 across the country on December 16, 2018 (Sunday) for admission in some of the top management colleges of India. The exam was conducted across 92 major cities of the country in a computer-based module between 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM.

Previous year Symbiosis National Aptitude Test was conducted across 102 cities which this year reduced to 92. As per the previous notification of the conducting authority, the SNAP 2018 Result will be declared by the second week of January 2019. This year approximately 50, 000 aspirants of management courses appeared for the national level management entrance examination to take admission in 15 participating institutes of SIU.
Unlike previous so many years, the SNAP 2018 Exam Pattern has certain changes and the number of questions changed along with the introduction of a new segment in the question paper consisting of Special Questions. The special questions is different from the entire segment as it comprised of questions which are either non-MCQ type or Type in the Answer type questions. Here is a detail of the number of questions in each segment as per the new pattern:

Each MCQ and Special type questions carry 1 and 2 marks respectively. For each correct answer the candidate will be given 1 mark and 2 marks depending on the type of questions and for each incorrect answer, 25 percent of the marks from the total allotted marks of the question will be deducted.
It is expected that the SNAP 2018 Selection Procedure starts right after the declaration of the result and candidates will be selected on the basis of marks scored in SNAP 2018. The candidate needs to go through a round of Group Discussion (GD), Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) each. Candidate will be scored in each round and the candidates who managed to score well will get the admission in the Colleges Accepting SNAP Score.
