Registration Process for CAT 2019 Starts Tomorrow

The registration process for CAT 2019 is going to be started from 7^th August 2019 i.e. tomorrow. Candidate willing to take the examination may apply from 10 o'clock in the morning. The registration window will remain open till 5 o'clock in the evening on 18^th September 2019. The candidates are advised to visit the official website i.e. iimcat.ac.in and register themselves for the further procedure of examination.

The examination is scheduled to be conducted on 24^th November 2019 and this year the exam is being conducted by IIM Kozhikode.

Following is the procedure one must follow:

Registration Procedure

Candidates appearing in the examination are advised to visit the official website of CAT and register themselves for the further procedure of registration. The process needs to be completed in the online mode.

After the successful registration, the candidates will be intimated through email wherein their User Id and Password would be shared with them.

Filling of Application Form

The application form of CAT 2019 can be filled after the completion of Registration Process. The application form must be filled online by visiting the official website of CAT i.e. iimcat.ac.in since it accepts online mode of application.

Following points must be considered:

Must ensure you read the information bulletin carefully and login with the provided user id and password.
The details must be filled correctly as any incorrect detail may lead to cancelation of candidature.
The details include Personal Details, Academic History, Work Experience, Program Preference and Payment of Application Fee.

Payment of Application Fee

Candidates applying must process the payment of application fee while filling the application form. The application fee for General and OBC categories is INR 1900 and for SC/ST, the fee is INR 950. The payment must be made through any online payment mode such as Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
